CSV Compare is provided under a proprietary license. Purchasing a Premium license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CSV Compare Premium on up to 3 active devices simultaneously. License keys may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
CSV Compare, including its source code, design, branding, and documentation, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of the software.
Your lifetime license includes future updates to CSV Compare Premium. We reserve the right to modify, improve, or discontinue features at our discretion.

CSV Compare is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall CSV Compare be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from, out of, or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.
We are not responsible for any data loss, business interruption, or other damages resulting from the use of this tool. Since all processing is local, you are solely responsible for managing and backing up your own files. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your license.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
