We want you to be completely satisfied with CSV Compare. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we offer a hassle-free, no-questions-asked refund within 30 days of your purchase date.
Our payment processor, Paddle, handles all transactions and refunds securely.
To request a refund, simply reply to the receipt or license email you received from us or from Paddle at the time of purchase, or email us at support@csvcompare.com with your Purchase ID or the email address used during checkout.
Once a refund is initiated, it is processed immediately on our end. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to appear back on your original payment method, depending on your bank.
Upon issuing a refund, your license key will be permanently deactivated, and you will no longer have access to the premium features of CSV Compare.
